The Backyard Discovery Saxony XL Grill Gazebo is a spacious, heavy-duty outdoor cooking structure built for serious backyard entertainers who want a permanent, all-weather shelter that can accommodate multiple grills, smokers, and griddles simultaneously. Constructed from 100 percent cedar wood with powder-coated galvanized steel accents and a 29-gauge corrosion-resistant black steel roof, it is engineered to handle the toughest outdoor conditions while maintaining a warm, inviting aesthetic. Pro-Tect tested and proven to withstand up to 3,700 pounds of snow load and winds up to 100 mph when properly anchored, it sets a higher structural standard than most competing grill gazebos on the market and is built to last through many seasons of heavy use.

The interior is genuinely spacious enough to fit two standard grills side by side, or a combination of a griddle and smoker, giving serious outdoor cooks the room and flexibility to run multiple cooking stations at once. Two built-in 16-inch powder-coated galvanized steel countertops provide durable, rust-resistant prep and serving surfaces on both sides of the structure, and ten moveable magnetic accessory hooks keep grilling tools, mitts, and utensils organized and within easy reach without cluttering the countertops. The patented PowerPort with three 120V electrical outlets and three USB ports mounts directly to any post, keeping blenders, speakers, lighting, and other electronics powered throughout cooking and entertaining sessions without running extension cords across the patio.

Pre-cut, pre-drilled, and pre-stained cedar components paired with step-by-step 3D interactive instructions through the BILT app make assembly manageable as a weekend project, and mounted steel anchoring plates provide ground stability while protecting the wood from moisture contact. Currently on sale at $1,199 from a regular price of $1,599, it represents strong value for a cedar and steel grill gazebo at this size and build quality level.
