Built for demanding professional applications, the MechMaxx 6 in. 15 HP Gasoline Engine Wood Chipper delivers powerful chipping performance, dependable mobility, and convenient maintenance features. With a high-capacity 14-inch roller, reversible double-edge blades, electric start, and a heavy-duty trailer-style chassis, this wood chipper is designed to efficiently process branches up to 6 inches in diameter.
Powerful 15 HP Engine
The chipper is powered by a 15 HP gasoline engine with an electric start, providing reliable power for demanding wood-processing applications. It is designed for professional users and leasing companies that require consistent performance.
Heavy-Duty 14 in. Roller
A powerful 14-inch diameter feed roller provides the pulling force needed to process large branches efficiently. The machine can shred branches up to 6 inches in diameter, making it suitable for demanding forestry, landscaping, and property-maintenance work.
Reversible Double-Edge Blades
The chipper uses double-edge cutting blades that can be reversed when one cutting edge becomes worn. This design helps extend blade service life and provides greater value during long-term operation.
360° Rotating Discharge Chute
The integrated 56-inch discharge chute is constructed using a one-piece forming process for a practical and streamlined design. The chute can rotate 360 degrees, allowing operators to direct discharged wood chips where they are needed.
Easy Maintenance & Service
Both the feeding chute and discharge chute can be opened quickly and easily, providing convenient access for maintenance, inspection, and repairs. This design helps simplify routine servicing and keeps downtime to a minimum.
Enhanced Operator Safety
The wood chipper includes multiple emergency stopping controls designed to help operators respond quickly in an emergency. A safety button above the feeding chute and an emergency stop press bar on the lower side of the feeding chute allow the engine to be stopped quickly when necessary.
Stable & Road-Ready Design
Equipped with 19 x 7.00-8 tubeless tires and a 48-inch super-wide wheelbase, this wood chipper provides a stable platform when operating across challenging terrain. The wide wheelbase helps maintain stability when driving on steep ground.
