The Coleman Power Steel 22 ft. x 52 in. Round Above Ground Pool Set is one of the most popular large-format backyard pools on the market, offering a genuine swimming experience for the whole family in a package that can be set up without tools and taken down at the end of the season. Holding up to 10,668 gallons of water at 90 percent capacity and standing 52 inches tall, it provides enough depth and space for adults and children to swim, splash, and play comfortably together, making it a meaningful upgrade from smaller splash pools without requiring the permanence and cost of an in-ground installation.
The pool is built around a corrosion-resistant steel frame held together with Coleman’s ClickConnect joints featuring quick-click connectors that simplify both assembly and seasonal takedown without the need for any tools. The Tritech enhanced 3-ply liner is engineered for puncture resistance and long-term durability, and the Realistic Prismatic Stone printing gives the inner liner a rich blue color with texture and visual depth that makes the pool look far more attractive than the plain blue liners found on basic entry-level alternatives. The liner construction combines multiple layers of material to balance flexibility during setup with the structural integrity needed to hold a large volume of water safely over an extended swimming season.
Everything needed to get the pool operational is included in the box, with a 2,500 gallon per hour filter pump, a Type IV filter cartridge, a ladder for safe entry and exit, a pool cover to keep debris out between uses, and a repair patch for minor liner issues. Priced at $598 and available at Walmart with free shipping, it represents strong value for a 22-foot above ground pool with a full accessory kit included. It is worth noting that for a pool of this volume, many owners find that upgrading to a higher-capacity pump beyond the included unit helps maintain better water clarity and circulation throughout the season.
